About NEET

Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has announced the results of the NEET 2017 exam for undergraduate program. Candidates passing this course have the opportunity to choose medical / dental college for MBBS or BDS course. After the result of the examination, admission process will start now, so students should be aware of these things.

1. The counselling of students who have passed the NEET examination will commence on July 3. This will be done by the Medical Counselling Committee. For more information and details of this, you can visit the MCC's official website

2. The process of registration and selection of its subjects will be held from 3 July to 11 July only during the beginning of counselling. Registration will open on July 11 till 5 PM. After that, the process of selecting and locking the subjects will be done on 12th July at 5.00 PM.

3. There will be seat allotment on July 13 and 14 and the first round of counselling will be issued by July 15.

4. After this, students must report in their medical / dental colleges only during the seven days i.e. from 16th to 22nd July. Keep in mind that on July 22 only students can report in college till 5 PM.

5. The process of counselling for the second round will run from August 1 to 4 and seat allotment process will be from August 5 to 7. The result of the second round counselling will be released on August 8. Candidates must report between August 9 and 16 in Allotted Medical or Dental College.

6. The remaining seats will be sent to the state quota.
